We are looking for a Kindy Enrolments and Liaison Officer to join our team and provide administrative support for our Early Childhood services. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and ensuring a positive first impression for our organisation.

Duties

Assist with various ad hoc tasks and activities to ensure the smooth running of our programs and events held at the centre.
Coordinate and support the Kindy Enrolments process, as well as coordinate various contractors, facilities tasks, vehicle maintenance, supplies and ordering, general cleanliness and day-to-day functioning of the Centre.
Assist with driving the transport vehicle to facilitate access to our service for our clients.

**Benefits**:
Permanent full time position with annual salary of $57,875.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Certificate III in Business/Administration related field, a minimum of two years' experience in a similar administration related role, and intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. You should also have a high level of organization and attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills and a willingness to assist with multiple ad hoc tasks and activities.
Demonstrated ability to record accurate and consistent case notes.
A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture, and the issues impacting upon health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain integrity with confidential and/or sensitive material, and good keyboard skills.
Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain
A willingness to travel across the ATSICHS Brisbane and Logan region of services and work across different sites.
Valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or eligibility to apply.
