Job Description

Our Kindy Enrolments and Liaison Officer will provide administrative support to our Early Childhood services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, coordinating enrolments, managing contractors and facilities, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with various tasks and activities to ensure the effective delivery of our programs and events.
  2. Coordinate and support the Kindy Enrolments process.
  3. Manage contractors, facilities, vehicle maintenance, supplies, and day-to-day functioning of the Centre.
  4. Drive transport vehicles to facilitate access to our service for clients.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Business or Administration related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in administration-related role.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to record accurate case notes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
