Overview
All Family Nursing Care are a nursing and disability support provider serving Brisbane, Queensland.
We provide all aspects of mental health support, drug and alcohol management and community nursing. We also cater for participants of the NDIS scheme in their various homes. We empower individuals to be as independent as possible, giving them more choices and control over their lives. We are expanding specialised services for children and young people under the Department of Child Services, particularly those who are at risk, vulnerable, or in out-of-home care.
The role is based on-site in Ipswich and provides services across Brisbane.
Responsibilities
Coordinate growth in the Child Safety stream to support service expansion.
Lead by example and implement systems to support workers in delivering quality services.
Communicate effectively with children with complex needs and keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
Ensure reporting deadlines are met, incidents are recorded and closed, and client files are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications and requirements
Previous experience working with vulnerable and at-risk children in a senior or supervisory role.
Ability to lead, manage, train and mentor team members.
Ability to plan and coordinate client care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively, respectfully and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-skill duties to maximise productivity.
Demonstrated continuous improvement approach.
Current disability worker screening check and Blue Card.
A current, unrestricted Queensland Driver's Licence.
A National Police Certificate.

A competitive salary of $70–75K is available for the right candidate, with pay in accordance with the SCHADS award.
