What you'll get:
Training and mentorship:
Start with 6 weeks of guided training, followed by hands-on learning in FDM's Skill Lab. You'll get practical experience in project management, business analysis, and change management.

Risk Analyst: Support risk management and ensure compliance.

About you
You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)
Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills
Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support.
Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
