Location: WA, Loftus Recreation Centre - Leederville 6007.
Overview
Provide excellent customer service to all customers while maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe. The primary responsibility is to deliver first class services to our patrons in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Maintain the appearance and presentation of the cafe
Replenish condiments as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines
Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
Promote the centre's services and programs to patrons
Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during peak periods
Skills & Attributes
Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
Coffee making/barista skills
Food handling Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
Current CPR Certificate
Current Food Handlers Qualification
Police Check
Working with Children Check
Ability to be flexible during peak periods
Availability Saturdays and Sundays
