An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Group Print Production and Sourcing Coordinator** to join a dynamic team at Brandbank. This role a week supporting the Group Print Production and Sourcing Manager with coordinating the production of all materials including printing, packaging, window display concepts and visual merchandising propping, campaign shoot print production and marketing collateral.

**THE ROLE**:

- Assist with processing orders through to completion - from initial set up to scheduling print production and freight to meet deadlines
- Liaise with print supplier base and manage relationships as required per project
- In conjunction with your Group Print Production and Sourcing Manager, support innovation through new ideas, technology, substrates and printing processes as required achieving the desired outcomes with a focus on sustainability
- Coordinate the production, stock holding and distribution of all brand packaging
- Raise campaigns and setup jobs in Asana project management
- Work with vendors to ensure all work is delivered on spec and to deadline, and that changes are communicated when notified.
- Assist with managing the creation and delivery of in store signage across all brands
- Assist with reconciling invoices in line with Brandbank Purchase Orders raised

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Visual Merchandising or Design (Highly regarded)
- Previous experience working within a Visual Merchandising function with exposure to VM print production
- Exposure to VM packaging development from carry bags, gift packaging and product packaging would be highly regarded
- An appreciation for key materials, construction and technical skills required for prop production
- A sound knowledge of design, creative and pre-press production (Highly desirable)
- Ability to work amongst a diverse group of stakeholders within fast paced environments
- Excellent organisational skills & strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint & Adobe Acrobat (Understanding of Adobe Suite - not essential, but highly regarded, understanding artwork requirements)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Onsite 5 days per week in St Kilda offices.
