Print Production Specialist

This is a highly rewarding full-time role in a well-respected national Australian business.
We are seeking an organised and energetic Digital Production Assistant & Finisher to work across multiple areas in a print environment. This is a print all-rounder role that requires someone who is switched on and can deliver high-quality results.
About the Role:
- Assist with digital file handling, digital printing, and finishing direction.
- Deliver quality products that meet client expectations.
- Provide customer support, offering suggestions to enhance the quality of work, improve experience, and manage expectations.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Work as a vital link between print production, picking and packing, and dispatching.
Requirements:
- Digital press and Wide Format printer production experience.
- Experience using guillotines, laminating, binding, scoring, and folding.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and enjoy working with a small team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and motivation to be proactive.
