We're known for our professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship. Our projects span the Blue Mountains, Western Sydney, and the Central West (Bathurst, Orange).

**Role Overview**

We're seeking a skilled and reliable **Leading Hand - Landscape Construction** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee on-site teams, manage day-to-day construction tasks, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-standard landscaping works.

You'll be working across a mix of **residential and commercial** projects, including:

- **Concrete works** (paths, slabs, formwork)
- **Retaining walls** (timber, block, concrete, sandstone)
- **Decks and timber structures**:

- **Excavation and site preparation**:

- **Paving and tiling**

Some travel to **Western Sydney and the Central West (Bathurst, Orange)** is required (travel expenses covered).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead landscaping teams on-site
- Interpret and execute landscape and construction plans
- Deliver high-quality hardscape and softscape works
- Operate excavators and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure WHS compliance and promote safe work practices
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture
- Maintain site cleanliness, order, and accurate daily records

**Requirements**:

- **Certificate III in Landscape Construction (required)**:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in landscape construction
- Proven leadership experience in a Leading Hand or similar role
- **Experience operating excavators and other plant machinery (essential)**:

- Skilled in concrete work, retaining walls, decking, excavation, and paving
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- **Current driver's licence and own reliable work ute (required)**:

- **Own tools (preferred)**:

- **HR licence (preferred)**:

- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A professional attitude with a focus on quality and safety

**How to Apply**

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
