Lead Landscape Construction Specialist

We are seeking a local, qualified team player and leader with a keen eye for detail to oversee all aspects of landscape construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscape construction industry and proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role. They should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, be able to read and interpret plans and specifications, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

    • Proactive in making constructive suggestions and observations during construction
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include leading a small team of landscaper workers on-site, coordinating and prioritizing daily tasks, arranging and co-ordinating supplies and deliveries, liaising with clients and suppliers as needed, ensuring the safety of all workers and compliance with OHS regulations, and problem-solving any issues that arise on-site.
