This pivotal leadership role is central to the success of La Trobe's _Make Your Impact Campaign_, aimed at fostering transformative change through community engagement and philanthropy. **What You'll Do**
- Lead and manage a front-line fundraising team of eight, guiding initiatives that align with La Trobe's strategic vision.
- Oversee a portfolio of 50-70 major and principal gift donors, focusing on transformative philanthropic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with senior University leaders and the broader Advancement team to drive campaign success.
- Provide leadership in cultivating a supportive and innovative team culture.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven success in major gift fundraising at the $500,000+ level.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing performance and development in teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of fundraising principles and advancement program management in complex organizations.
- A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in fundraising or a related field.
