Seeking an exceptional Team Administrator to join a global retail brand within the women's fashion space - this is an Australian business with global reach across e-commerce, brick and mortar stores and wholesale partners including global shopping platforms.

This role will lead you into a fantastic career in the business side of a global fashion retailer. Working with a team of industry leading professionals in a high-volume fashion environment.

This position is open to experience administrator or recent graduate with confidence in excel, seeking a career in the fashion and apparel sector longterm.

**Your role will include, but not limited to**:

- Managing the order process and data entry on behalf of wholesale partners (international shopping platforms, boutiques etc.) using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.
- Supporting the International Sales team with administration tasks including creating line sheets, completing retail partner product forms, raising purchase orders, reporting and invoicing
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders internally and externally
- Liaising with customers and responding to queries

**Who you are?**
- Motivated and interested in a career within the fashion/retail sector or looking to build your administrative and client support skills in a busy role
- Confident using excel and working across large data sets i.e. experienced with v-lookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management abilities
- Brilliant written and oral communication skills - this role will be liaising with buying teams overseas around upcoming seasons and buys.
