About the Position
We are seeking a talented data expert to join our research and development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for researching and building optimization, control theory, simulation, machine learning, and AI applications to extend our ad personalization platform.
Our business is based on analyzing large amounts of data in real-time. You will work on complex problems as part of our highly collaborative team, and your solutions will directly impact our business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of our ad personalization platform and proprietary datasets.
Use your optimization, control theory, simulation, machine learning, and AI expertise to research and recommend the best approaches to solving technology and business problems.
Design, implement, and validate your solutions primarily in the GCP stack (GCS, Bigquery, VertexAI, Gemini) using Python.
Work with our engineering teams to integrate your solutions into our platform.
Participate fully in our collaborative approach to research and applications projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Ph.D. in computer science, operations research, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related scientific discipline.
Research experience and coursework in optimization, control theory, machine learning, simulation or NLP/LLMs.
Fluency in programming. Familiarity with Python.
Experience working with large data sets.
Strong understanding of modeling and statistical techniques.
Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
