We are seeking an Internal Salesperson to join our team in Northgate Brisbane Branch so that we are able to keep up with the demand from our customers. You must be an energetic person who is motivated and able to focus on managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and follow up on leads and quotations.

**Requirements**:
The role but not limited to:

- Previous Technical Sales experience in Hydraulics industry with working knowledge would be highly desirable.
- Strong client liaison and relationship building skills.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
- Be a supportive team player.

We are a small team environment with long-term career development. Once you have established a good understanding and product knowledge this role could progress to an external sales role where travel is required.

Your experience:

- Sales/customer service background. Experience in trades/services, electrical supply advantageous.
- High energy, self-motivation
- Savvy with systems of Microsoft, CRM
- A valid driver's license.
