Reporting to the Accountant and Finance Director, this is your opportunity to work for an iconic fashion footwear brand whose office is based in Westmeadows.
**THE ROLE**
- Prepare end of month creditors payments and monthly rent payments.
- Prepare Local and Foreign Currency invoices for weekly payments including obtaining necessary supporting paperwork and checking the correctness of the invoice.
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments into AP21 System.
- Ensure the integrity of the accounts payable including preventing duplicated/over payment.
- Investigate and resolve accounts payable enquiries.
- Prepare Debtors end of month reconciliations, monthly Debtors Aged Trail Balance reports and send customer statements.
- Ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable ledgers including accurately recording payments and allocations.
- Maintain Debtors accounts in the AP21 system.
- Liaise with customers, sales team and warehouse regarding customer account matters including collecting debt, requesting sales deposits/payments, investigating customer queries/claims, raising credit notes, arranging goods returns & pick-ups, etc.
- General reception duties.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Sound accounts payable & receivable experience and knowledge.
- Experience/good knowledge with multiple currencies payments.
- Experience/good knowledge in preparing invoices for multi-companies' structure.
- Good Excel skills and general computer skills.
- Experience of Apparel 21 (AP21) is preferred but not a necessity.
- Experience in Retail and Wholesale sector is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and work promptly.
