We are looking for an Administrator to provide varied and flexible support to the local XXXX office including:

- Updating databases and client records
- Creating and preparing various reports, presentations and documents
- Filing, scanning and maintaining client files
- Organising and supporting meetings, client visits, events in the office etc
- Reception cover when required
