The Outpatient Services aim to provide governance, accountability and management of outpatient services to ensure consistency across the patient care continuum. The team provides governance and management of the functional space and provides nursing and administrative support to the specialties that provide outpatient care in this area. Speciality clinical services will access the ACC to provide outpatient services for their patients. These services work closely together with the ACC team to ensure the provision of collaborative integrated outpatient care.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken, by managing workloads appropriately; prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
- Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.
