We are looking for a** part-time maintenance person** to handle various tasks around the North Shore.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Performing various duties such as gardening, painting, basic carpentry, and jet washing
- Implementing best practices, strategies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational performance
- Assisting the maintenance team with all maintenance work
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience within a general maintenance role
- Detail oriented and organised
- Self-motivated, results orientated, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on work ethic
