**Role**
We are looking for an Enrolment Officer who will be responsible for the administration of the student enrolment processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Set-up and maintenance of student administration data
- Timely and accurate management of enrolment and re-enrolment systems and procedures
- Maintenance of accurate student data in the PRISMS database, including the monitoring of student visa changes
- Processing and system update of student course withdrawals
- Processing and system update of program suspensions and deferrals
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
- Ensure as far as is practicable that the workplace, under your control, is safe and without risks to health

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role with an understanding of ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate with broad range of stakeholders
- Previous experience in education industry (desirable)
- Working knowledge of PRISMS (desirable))
- Working knowledge of EduPoint or another Student Management System (desirable)
