Highly regarded insurance underwriting agency recruiting new Property Underwriter to join a dynamic team

**Your new company**

The chance to work for a highly regarded and growing Lloyds Syndicated insurance agency, joining the expanding the already successful Property underwriting team. You will be joining a progressive and forward-thinking agency that prioritises progression and flexibility. As a Property Underwriting specialist working directly with the Head of Underwriting, you will be writing policies for complex property risks across renewals and new business.

**Your new role**

Working as a Property Underwriter, you will be;
- Underwrite complex property risks, (renewals and quotes), and adhere to underwriting guidelines and standards
- Considering risks as per company guidelines and business risk appetite
- Developing new business through building meaningful relationships
- Market facing, developing relationships with external stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Minimum of 2 years' experience with insurance, preferably property.
- High level of attention to detail
- A desire to make a career in underwriting
- Customer service focused and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
