Job Title: Non-Executive Director
Bendigo Community Health Services is seeking a community-minded Non-Executive Director who is passionate about the health and wellbeing of Bendigo.
We are looking for someone with experience in technology and data governance, finance, risk management, business development, fundraising or law to join our Board.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of professionalism and dedication, allowing us to deliver quality services for the community, with a particular focus on vulnerable people.
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in technology and data governance.
Knowledge of legal principles.
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Driver's Licence.
Understanding of the health system.
Experience as a director and an understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and ethics.
Knowledge of Bendigo and environs, particularly an understanding of the socio-economic and cultural makeup of Bendigo.
The preferred candidate will also be subject to probity checks including appropriate references and a National Police Check.
