We're after a motivated and dedicated Sommelier who is passionate about talking about wine, making wine & drinking wine

Your main responsibility is to promote wine sales through staff and customer education, and by:

- Ordering wines
- Maintaining the wine stock
- Creating a wine list and writing wine descriptions
- Suggesting food and wine pairings to servers and customers
- Recommending wines based on customer preferences
- Training waitstaff on wines
- Conducting wine tastings for staff and customers
- Hosting winery tours

You will be working from our cellar door mainly on weekends and presenting wine to our diverse clientele.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cottles Bridge, VIC 3099: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
