Building our Talent Based in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Technology - Infrastructure and Applications, the IT Applications Manager - People Systems position is offered on a 14-month fixed term contract. Leading a team of support specialists in HR Systems service delivery, system administration, and system enhancement, the IT Applications Manager - People Systems ensures optimum efficiency and utilisation of Multiplex HR systems with a core focus on Workday Software.
- Work with Global HR Systems Business team on business improvement projects advising on system capability, IT processes, and ensuring IT project methodologies are applied.
- Serve as IT lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation projects.
- Ensure all People systems, including integrations are robust, resilient, sized correctly and are fit for purpose.
- Managing relationships with third party vendors to support system enhancements, availability and augment resources within the team as required.
- Ensure all documentation in relation to system configuration is kept up to date and current.
- Stong background in Human Resources.
- Functional and configuration skills in Workday Human Capital Management modules and Business Process Configuration using condition rules, calculated fields, and custom notifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions and a strong service mentality to ensure needs of the business are met.
- Ability to extract HR and business requirements to facilitate design, configuration, testing, and deployment of system modifications.
- Management and leadership skills and passion for developing your team.
