Are you passionate about driving environmental impact through data and innovation? CBRE is seeking a Sustainability Ratings Specialist to join our collaborative team supporting a key strategic account. This is a unique opportunity to influence sustainability outcomes across a high-profile property portfolio. Reporting to the Senior NABERS Assessor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality sustainability ratings including NABERS Energy & Water, Carbon Neutral certifications, TLAs, and BEECs. You'll also play a key role in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
The Opportunity
Deliver accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications
Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance
Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio
Facilitate data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
Conduct TLA assessments and prepare certification submittals
Assist in achieving account KPIs and improving asset-level sustainability performance
Provide insights for ESG ratings and investor disclosures
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Engineering, or Property
Several years experience in sustainability within the building environment
NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation
NABERS Carbon Neutral Assessor accreditation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with Green Star, WELL, and GRESB reporting frameworks
