**Job Opportunity: Short Term Planner - Minors**

**Location**: Osborne Park, WA (8/6 Local roster)
**Reports to**: Regional Hub Lead

Are you a proactive maintenance planner with a passion for maximizing fleet availability? Emeco is seeking a Short Term Planner - Minors to lead maintenance scheduling and support equipment reliability across multiple mining sites. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a rolling 3-week short-term maintenance plan.
- Schedule preventative, statutory, and defect-related maintenance tasks.
- Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.
- Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimize downtime.
- Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
- Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
- Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.

**What We're Looking For**
- Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
- Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
- Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (especially AMT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
