Jack Link's is seeking an experiencedWarehouse Supervisorto support our Warehouse Team.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, distribution, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administration of the Casino Warehouse.
You will lead, train, and inspire a high-performing, engaged team committed to operational excellence.
Job Description
STAFF SUPERVISION
Training & Compliance:Provide ongoing training and support, ensuring staff maintain required certifications and follow Jack Link's SOPs.
Performance & Conduct:Monitor timekeeping and performance, address issues per HR policy, and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
Communication & Culture:Lead weekly Toolbox meetings, promote open communication, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSING
Stock Management:Oversee inventory flow, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain optimal warehouse capacity and layout.
Coordination & Dispatch:Collaborate with Production and Planning to ensure material readiness and manage timely dispatch of finished goods.
Compliance & Accuracy:Ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO), accurate cycle counts, and correct handling of quarantined or slow-moving stock.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Incident Reporting:Promptly report maintenance issues, near misses, and incidents via HSE Connect.
Emergency Response:Escalate all health and safety emergencies to the Site Manager immediately.
Policy Enforcement:Consistently uphold and promote health and safety procedures and standards across all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two (2) years experience in a similar role
ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency essential
Must show clear understanding of Warehouse operations, including the disciplines required to maintain accurate inventory.
Proven experience handling multiple dispatch and inward goods at one time.
Forklift and reach hoist licenses (F-endorsed desired)
Experience leading stocktakes and variance investigations.
Strong focus on health and safety compliance
Chemical handling and spill response knowledge

Hands-On Approach:Willingness to engage in physical work, including heavy lifting when required.
