Join Moray & Agnew as a Law Graduate in Government & Administrative Law, assisting with public law litigation and NDIS-related matters in a supportive, leading firm.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Assist senior lawyers in preparing for conferences, conciliations, and hearings in the Administrative Review Tribunal
Work primarily on disability and insurance access and planning matters under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Handle Commonwealth employee compensation matters
Collaborate with a team acting for Commonwealth Departments and Agencies in public law litigation
Develop skills and knowledge under the guidance of supportive Partners passionate about training and mentorship
About You
What you'll need:
Completed Australian law degree or equivalent
Keen interest in litigation, especially public law
Attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically
General litigation experience highly regarded
Passion and enthusiasm for law and public law development
Commitment to excellent customer service and strong communication skills
