Butcher Paull & Calder is a mid-sized practice seeking a full time Law Graduate to join our Business Law Department.

The practice is situated in the Perth CBD and practices in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Litigation and Family Law.

The Business Law Department embraces predominately in the following areas:

· Wills and estate planning

· Taxation (State & Federal)

· Business & corporate law

· Probate

· Guardianship & Attorneys

· Superannuation & Trusts

· Property law & leases

· Contracts and advisory

· Restructuring & acquisitions

· Business structures & succession

· Personal Property Securities

What we are looking for:

· Good communication skills

· A keen interest in developing your legal career

· Good problem-solving skills and decisiveness

· A person with interest in the above areas of Law

· The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

This is a full time position that will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a wide range of legal practice areas.

Our focus is on quality and the potential of the applicant will be considered.

The position would suit someone who wants to develop their skills and seeks a long-term career and the remuneration will depend on the applicant's level of experience.
