**About the role**
We are looking for a Principal Communications Manager to lead a close-knit team of 3. This role will have a key focus on managing the development, planning, coordination and implementation of communications and engagement strategies and projects, including media management and stakeholder engagement activities.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Tribunal, this role provides critical support in the delivery of reviews and initiatives that enhance the reputation of IPART.

**About you**
We are looking for a go-getter who thrives on delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and with a level of autonomy. You will be highly efficient at time management to address multiple priorities and unforeseen issues. You will also be articulate in explaining complex information and related requirements to stakeholders including media. You will be a collaborative leader who thrives in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve results and quality outcomes.

Previous similar experience in communications with media relations experience is a must. A genuine interest in leading change for improvement will assist you in this role.

The salary range for the position is $151,046 to $162,663 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
