We have experienced high growth in recent times and intend to continue to build on this track record of success.We are currently seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our busy project delivery team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer who plans and conducts professional engineering work without detailed supervision but with guidance on unusual features.Our Geelong office is located in the heart of Newtown within walking distance of Barwon River and Pakington Street.
This is a fun and supportive office where you will be involved in diverse projects from concept to completion.
We have regular continuous development opportunities and access to experienced senior engineers who can help work towards your career goals.The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;Assisting senior engineers with the analysis of information, production of designs and computationsProducing designs, documentation and reports to meet client requirementsAssisting with the planning, managing and monitoring of projectsAttending site inspectionsTo be considered for our team you must have the following skills, experience and attributes;Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering2 years' local experience in a consulting environment preferredStrong relevant technical knowledge with experience working with Australian Building Codes and StandardsExposure to Spacegass, Structural Toolkit and RAPT preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell organised with excellent time managementEnthusiastic with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and qualityPractical understanding of local construction methodologies and techniquesA keen interest in the structural engineering design of building structuresPosition Type Full TimeLocation GeelongSeniority Level JuniorInterested in joining our team?
