Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.We're excited that we are looking to expand our team and we're on the hunt for an NDIS General Manager to oversee operations in our Victoria and South Australia teams.

RequirementsThe Role:As the NDIS General Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our service delivery and leading people, refining processes, and ensuring participants receive the support they deserve.
You'll balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day impact, driving quality, inclusion, and innovation across the board.What you'll be doing: Lead, mentor, and inspire operational teams to deliver services that make a real difference in people's lives Take ownership of participant outcomes, ensuring their NDIS goals are met Oversee smooth onboarding for new participants, creating a seamless and welcoming experience Embed a strong performance culture through clear feedback, coaching, and aligned leadership Strategically match staff to participants, promoting continuity, compatibility, and meaningful relationships Stay ahead of compliance requirements, using reflective practice and insight to guide improvements Partner with internal stakeholders to manage budgets while upholding service excellence Support accurate rostering and payroll to ensure the right people are in the right place, at the right time Review and improve operational policies, making processes smarter and more human Engage external stakeholders and partners to support a wraparound approach to participant care Provide insightful, data-backed reporting to the Director and executive team Drive a workplace culture that values inclusion, innovation, and shared success What you'll bring:Proven leadership experience in the NDIS, disability, or community services space A deep understanding of the NDIS framework and what great participant-centred care looks like A track record of building high-performing teams and developing others to thrive Confidence in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Operational strength with a strategic lens Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills grounded in both data and empathy Solid understanding of the SCHADS Award and workforce compliance requirements Experience interpreting and applying HR policies with fairness and consistency BenefitsWhat we offer:We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important We offer a wealth of training and development opportunities to help you enhance your skills and achieve your career goals, including a diverse range of courses, certifications, and personalised coaching We believe in working hard and playing hard, and foster team bonding through a variety of events that help you connect with your colleagues outside of work We believe in your potential and offer a personalised career and learning plan tailored to your unique goals and aspirations, committed to supporting you in becoming the best version of yourself When you join Incluso Services, you know you are joining an organisation that is driven by our values and innovation.
