A Global ICT organisation is currently seeking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to be responsible for delivering service deliverables at a high level of professional services incorporating responsibility, accountability, integrity and quality assurance at all times. NV1 clearance required.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing the delivery of complex consulting engagements, using appropriate techniques, methods and tools.
- Development of work plan and prioritisation of work modules against the plan.
- Overall responsibility for recommendations and deliverable content.
- Communication of findings both in written and oral formats and well-formed final deliverables.
- Assisting with the engagement of clients on their change agenda.
- Building own skills and capabilities and developing intellectual property from assignments which are deposited into the knowledge repository.

**Experience**:

- Strong consulting background and broader business experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a business environment, either as a consultant, or line role.
- Strong understanding of consulting capabilities.
- Ability to leverage relevant broad and deep industry knowledge and previous engagements to the assignment.
- Ability to function effectively as a team leader and coach junior members of the team.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
