We are a retro styled indoor plant nursery and cafe in Richmond and are currently seeking casual staff to join our small team. Our aim is to provide both consistently high quality products and great customer service, across both the cafe and plant sides of the business. We are passionate about what we do and have created a warm and friendly environment in which our customers love to spend their time.

The work is varied and includes retail sales of plants, pots & accessories, plant care, product merchandising & cafe service. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and knowledge of plants, who is able to take direction but can also work autonomously when needed, and loves to chat with the customers about all things plant related. As we also function as a cafe, a background in making coffee will be highly regarded.

We offer a supportive work environment, regular and flexible hours and a space where you can thrive and have fun while you work - we're dog friendly and have plenty of regular pooches who like to drop in, and we also enjoy spinning records while we work too
