**About you**

We are looking for are eager and organised Compliance Officer ready to take the next step in their career. Your attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in reporting tools will enable you to transform complex data into actionable insights for key stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in tracking and reporting the progress of clients, which can impact their funding and overall support structure.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 years' experience in compliance reporting
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Preferred experience in writing reports
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Report Production: Responsible for the production of a variety of reports and updates, including monthly and weekly/fortnightly updates, formal letters, progress reports, and shift note entries. The focus of these reports includes detailing a participant's progress towards their NDIS goals, documenting activities, hygiene, behaviour, any incidents and recommendations for the future.
- Report Contextualisation: Utilise provided information such as case notes, incidents, previous reports to provide context and form well-informed reports. This information will be provided in conjunction with the report type and any relevant information regarding purpose and specific areas of concern for each report.
- Report Review and Revision: Submit all reports for review and be prepared to edit or re-complete them as required. This ensures that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and meet the standards of the organisation and NDIS guidelines.
- Timely Deliverables: Meet allocated deadlines to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of reports and updates.
- Maintain confidential and accurate documentation/records in relation to the provision of participant's care.
- Ensure that all reporting, compliance, and/or ad hoc projects deadlines are met.
- Provide regular updates on participant progress, incidents, behaviours, and hygiene.
