Allocator/Relief Batcher

We are currently seeking an **Allocator/Relief Batcher** to join the team at our **Doyalson Concrete Plant**, located on the Central Coast in NSW.

This is a **full time Monday to Friday** role, with shifts generally starting at 6am and finishing around 2:30pm, however flexibility is a must as there may overtime required at either end of the day as well as Saturday mornings.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Scheduling deliveries and taking customer orders
- Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer.
- Able to demonstrate safety and show leadership potential
- Ensure all products meet 100% quality requirements.
- Operating a concrete batch plant and front-end loader (FEL)
- Monitoring all plant and equipment maintenance requirements
- Managing maintenance tasks at the concrete plant, which includes a level of manual handling

- Hold a valid HR licence (would be advantageous)
