Senior Data Analyst

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive smarter, data-led decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way Finance uses data by delivering innovative solutions, automation, and insights that create real business value.About the roleAs a Senior Data Analyst, you will:Bring data together, cleanse, and integrate it into platforms accessible to Finance Partners and business leadersDesign and develop data models to support self-service reporting and visualisationProduce dynamic dashboards and reporting tools tailored to stakeholder needsEnsure data integrity within a strong governance and control frameworkDrive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analyticsBuild technical and data literacy capabilities across the wider Finance teamWork closely with Finance leaders to deliver insights and solutions that support the future operating modelAbout youTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:5+ years' experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or finance-related projectsStrong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and DAX (Tableau experience a plus)Background in financial services or previous experience working in FinanceProven ability to design and deliver user-friendly data solutions and dashboardsStrong business acumen, with experience in financial modelling and performance insightsDegree qualifications in Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded but not essential)What's on offerWork in a collaborative Finance team with the opportunity to make a real impactLead automation and transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and insightExposure to senior stakeholders and influence over strategic finance reportingA supportive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvementIf you're passionate about data and excited to play a key role in shaping Finance's future through analytics and automation, we'd love to hear from you.Acknowledgement of CountrySalt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
