**Position Overview**

As an assistant nurse or support worker you will play a vital role in assisting our team in delivering exceptional care to patients in various community settings. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and looking for flexible working hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, nutritional assistance and social access
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation under the supervision of Senior Registered Nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
- Act on changes and report any alterations effecting client care within the team

Essential Criteria
- Qualifications and Experience related to AIN or Support roles
- Reliable and Solid work ethics
- Awareness of professional boundaries
- Understanding and Acceptance of diversity
- Ability to work autonomously at high standards
- Passion to create client satisfaction
- Drivers lisence
- Insured and registered motor vehicle

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
