This role will have you providing a superior quality service over a variety of events, such as gala dinners, corporate events, school formals, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, and many more.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Set up and break down of functionsPreparation and service beveragesTable service for meals and beveragesOperation of tills and cash handlingClearing tables and cleaning dutiesAssisting guests with event inquiries before, during and after functionsWorking closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a memorable experience for our patrons.This position will require availability on Friday and Saturday evenings, with some availability throughout the remainder of the week.Certifications required: RSAAs part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role.
This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience within the customer service industry gained within a restaurant or function environment.
