**Warehouse Coordinator**

This is a leading support role for our Warehouse team. If you have a good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures, you will be well placed to step up to this role as administrator of our seven warehouses, located across west Melbourne. You will work closely with our Admin team in our HQ office in Hawthorn and all of our Warehouse Managers, to ensure the warehouses have adequate supplies and administration to ensure their smooth running. This will give you the opportunity to introduce reporting around warehouse activities and KPI's.We would also be interested in hearing from you if you are a graduate in Supply Chain and Logisitics.

**The Exciting Role**:

- Procurement of all consumables for warehouse operations including shrink wrap, PPE, packaging materials or other miscellaneous supplies. For new materials or supplies source quotations for most cost-effective suppliers.
- Maintain accurate pallet control records for all pallet movements including chep account reconciliation and invoice payment, plain pallet purchasing, and inbound and outbound records.
- Arrange support services for all MHE including maintenance requests and new equipment setup in the asset system. Enter all job cards and maintenance records in the asset system for all MHE and reconcile against invoices for approval.
- Handle all accounts payable functions for the operation including receiving all invoices for MHE, pallets, consumables and other miscellaneous items. Validate and approve all invoices from approved suppliers for accounts payable teams including Cost Centre allocation and validation.
- Maintain accurate records in the Asset Management system for all permanent assets including scanning equipment, MHE and pallet wrapping machines. Ensure system is maintained by tagging all equipment.
- Co-ordinate bin collection with each Warehouse Managers and communicate to Office Manager daily
- Ensure smooth and transparent communication between all stakeholders - including externals, such as the Landlord or property management team
- Consider improvements that can be made for the smooth running of the warehouse's facilities
- Coordinate with the Office Manager the warehouse catering and any other requirements for company events
- Able to drive comfortably and safely between various warehouses
- Any necessary and reasonable tasks and projects assigned by the direct manager, which contribute to the company business OKRs and / or to improve departmental process
- Be able to adapt to the needs of the business and take on additional duties as directed by the direct manager as required.

Adhere to and act accordingly in line with all company policies and procedures in OHS and behavioural standards.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 1+ years' experience as an administrator, ideally gained in a warehouse environment
- Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders
- Ability to understand changing requirements of workers
- Detail orientated
- Clear communication skills to present findings and ensure the data is understood by the broader team and stakeholders
- MS Office
- Fluent English - Written and Verbal. Mandarin as a second language would be ideal
- Currently holds full working rights for Australia
- Driver's licence - you will need to be able to move between warehouses
