- We are ideally seeking male Support Workers/Mentors to join our team to support Jesse, a 17 year old in the Brentwood area._
- We are looking for energetic, driven and community focused support worker to provide 2:1 care and support out in the community. Experience within the disability industry is preferred._
- Your role will be to arrange and take part in fun and goal driven community outings that interest him together with another support worker on the team, while motivating and supporting him. You will also work closely with the family to achieve his goals and encourage a young man's interests_
- As a young man of 17, Jesse has lots of energy and loves getting out and about and experiencing a few adventures. He loves the outdoors, the beach, parks, playgrounds, gardens and anything that involves sand or water._
- Support hours are Monday to Thursday 2:30pm-5:30pm, the hours are set, however, depending on your availability there is some flexibility within the team in regards to days you are available._

- have, or be willing to apply, for an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and other 'Checks'.
- have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle. - undertake, or be willing to undertake, an NDIS Module.
- Have or obtain a First Aid Certificate (12 months or less).
