Suzuran is a very successful Japanese grocery store and Sushi take-away restaurant located in Camberwell VIC. We have undoubtedly the most extensive range of Japanese food products available in Victoria. We are hiring a part time sushi bar kitchen hand now

**Position**: Sushi Bar Kitchen Hand - Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer orders in person and over the phone (English)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions from the sushi chef and work collaboratively with the team

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time position
- Tuesday to Saturday 9:00AM to 18:00PM / Sunday 9:00AM to 16:00P
- 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing the number of days
- Including Weekends and Holidays - No specified days, so we are looking for someone who can work flexibly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Intermediate level of English (able to take orders in person and over the phone)
- Punctual
- Honest and Diligent
- Prior experience in sushi making or fish preparation will have an advantage
- **Ability to commit to long-term employment (At least 6months)**:

- **Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM**:

- Thorough understanding of Japanese working culture
- **Must have valid working rights in Australia. We warmly welcome applicants on Working Visas and Student Visas, (you should be available to work for more than 6 months)**
