- **Be part of a newly formed team to provide a client centric onboarding experience**:

- **Support JBWere Advisers to onboard their high net worth clients**:

- **Multiple permanent opportunities based in Sydney**

**In this Associate role, you will**:

- Case managing new JBWere onboarding requests
- Liaising with and support Advisers and Analysts on onboarding document requirements
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring all data and documentation is captured correctly
- Conducting AML compliance checks and approving AML-compliance status of new accounts
- Support advice teams with compliance activities and queries
- Liaising with Advice and Private Wealth Client Support teams to facilitate workflow and manage onboarding issues/ challenges
- Support continuous improvement across the team to uplift performance

**What you will bring**:

- Able to demonstrate an understanding an interest in financial markets
- Must have Private Wealth Management experience
- Experience working or liaising with Wealth Managers / Advisers
- Must have onboarding experience with AML/KYC experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationships skills
- Strong client & compliant focus high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Good understanding of complex client structures is desirable (inc. beneficial ownerships of different entity types, etc.)
- AML and compliance knowledge highly desirable
