**Responsibilities**:

- Show off your expertise by crafting and serving a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair.
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details like espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Collaborate closely with our donut dream team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and uphold our high standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop environment.
- Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavour profiles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create connections and engage with customers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts covering all 7 days of the week, including early mornings and evenings.
