Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences, focusing on exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and uphold high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop environment, with expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavor profiles, allowing you to create unique and engaging beverage options.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create connections and engage with customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting, prioritizing tasks and maintaining productivity levels.
  • Flexibility to work shifts covering all 7 days of the week, including early mornings and evenings, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
