- Support the setup, rollout, evolution and BAU activities of Council's cutting-edge ERP solution, OneCouncil.
- Conduct investigation into incidents using your strong L2 Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Develop and maintain documentation relevant to system changes.
- Take the lead on continual service improvements and keep up to speed with the latest standards, technologies and best practice.
