**Your organisation**

Woodforde Group is working on behalf of a large Not-For-Profit organisation to assist them in recruiting a temporary Executive Assistant.
They are a large, well-renowned Not-For-Profit organisation who value and empower their employees through career progression and continuous training.
With 9 locations throughout Victoria, they pride themselves on providing care through their core values of Compassion, Respect, Accountability and Excellence.
This role supports the Chief Operating Officer.
**Your role**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer your role will involve:

- Key communication and relationship management
- Extensive diary management
- Drafting correspondence and responding to queries on behalf of the COO
- Event planning and management
- Report preparation
- Coordinate and prioritise documents for the COO
- Expense reconciliation
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing agendas
- Key internal and external stakeholder management
- Assist with the delivery of small to medium projects
- General Administrative Support

**Your Profile**

You will be a highly experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant with a wealth of experience supporting at the C Suite level. You will be innovative with your approach and have the ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment. You will be relationship driven and bring energy and enthusiasm to the office every day
You will enjoy building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with your warm and open manner. You will be passionate about providing exceptional administrative support at a senior level and pride yourself on your organisation, detailed focus, professional attitude and be of high level corporate quality.
You will have advanced skills with MS Office and have worked previously in a deadline driven environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and strong prioritization skills.
