**Ablepoint Australia** is seeking a reliable and compassionate **Support Worker** to assist an NDIS participant with daily personal care routines and community transport. The participant uses a manual wheelchair and requires **full physical assistance for transfers, mobility support, and personal care.** A vehicle is required for short-distance transport to appointments and community outings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Morning support**:

- Assist with getting out of bed
- Showering and dressing
- Preparing breakfast
- Prompting and assisting with medication

**Evening support**:

- Preparing dinner
- Dressing into nightwear
- Continence support
- Assisting into bed safely

**Mobility assistance**:

- Attendant propelling in a wheelchair
- **Full physical assistance with bed, chair, and vehicle transfers**:

- **Manual handling support for personal chair and wheelchair use**

**Transport support**:

- Drive to local community or health appointments as required
- Ensure safe and comfortable wheelchair transport

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care
- Experience in personal care, mobility assistance, and **manual handling techniques**:

- Experience supporting clients who require **full physical assistance with personal chair and wheelchair use**:

- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Comfortable working with clients with limited speech and mobility
