Over the last year, we have grown to over 870+ investors and have partnered with leading global investment banks and next-generation alternative fund managers.
Our investment products are responsive to investor needs, we offer enhanced income, growth and tactical global investment opportunities that unlock the portfolios of Australian investors. The founders and directors of Stropro co-invest alongside our clients and strive to deliver exceptional investment offerings from a risk & return perspective.
We are looking for a motivated, diligent and self-directed Junior Analyst to support our investment team. The role will support investment reporting, preparation of key presentations, performing market research/due diligence, and maintaining our platform's critical data sets.
Position Summary:
You will be supporting our Investment Team by taking ownership of the following activities.
- Producing monthly investment reports for Stropro's investment offering.
- Preparation of product marketing content such as investment presentations.
- Writing commentary and articles on investments and markets.
- Quality control and maintenance of Stropro's on-platform information reporting.
- Support with the ideation and thesis behind Stropro's curated investment offerings.
This position is an entry-level role but has great upside potential to progress within the company through the ability to demonstrate a broader capability to shape and manage Stropro's broader investment product offering. We have an exciting pipeline of alternative investment products that will position Stropro as the leading platform for alternative investments within the Asia-Pacific region.
Skill and Experience requirements:
- Interest in investments, portfolio management, financial markets and derivatives.
- Demonstration of financial markets knowledge.
- Keen writing ability, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simplified terms.
- Intermediate capability in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/Powerpoint.
- Strong sense of ownership, highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Completing a degree in Finance/Business/Commerce/Economics/Law or related fields.
Remuneration & employee benefits:
Based within a few hundred meters of Wynyards transport hub, the Stropro Office is centrally located within Sydney's CBD. Stropro strongly supports flexible working arrangements. We are a very flat structure and you will have access to our founders, board, investment committee and investor community.
To help you get started and set you up for success, we invest in our staff from a training, development and networking perspective. This includes weekly management and strategy meetings and monthly team activities.
