Our client - an iconic Australian retail group - is renowned for retaining its people and is known as a success-oriented business - they design and produce locally with a focus on modern design for women. We are looking for an experienced retailer to join a supportive leadership team and manage a region of stores in Melbourne.

**The role |**

It's a fast-paced role that requires a hands-on, energetic leader to create a buzz and sense of excitement in-store to achieve sales goals all while making your customers feel valued

Day to day will see you working with your store leaders to Manage, lead, and direct stores within the State by ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.

You will have key metrics to achieve across Sales, Payroll, Shrinkage, and Expense budgets, as well as being ultimately focused on people management and development to ensure customer service standards are achieved in line with company standards.

- Have significant leadership experience in successfully managing a similar-sized portfolio of retail stores
- Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands-on leadership approach with regular time spent in stores
- Be experienced with driving individual sales targets and hourly productivity results
- Expertise in creating high levels of customer advocacy in a de-centralized store network
- Promote a fun and energetic working environment for your team
