**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our busy Castlereagh street boutique, in the role of Boutique Supervisor. At Montblanc, no day is ever the same and working within in intimate and dynamic team, you are always encouraged to #leaveyourmark.

**HOW YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR MARK AT MONTBLANC**

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager across boutique sales performance, operations and recruiting and nurturing a high performance team.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Boutique Sales & Marketing

2) Boutique Operations

3) Staff Management

4) Client relations and customer service

5) Product/ Merchandise/Inventory Management

6) Boutique Maintenance
