Job Description As the AAA Psychology team is rapidly growing, we are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to enter our supportive, respectful and professional workplace within in NDIS space.You will be working within a passionate multi-disciplinary team,which includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.Full-Time and Part-time (min. 4 days) position is available.At AAA, the Provisional Psychologist's primary role is to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.Responsibilities will include:Provide high quality therapeutic evidenced-based and client-centered interventions in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner.Undertake comprehensive assessments (using clinical observations and standardised assessments) and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Be responsible for supporting and managing your case load.Support Participants and other stakeholders to develop and review support plans.Collaborate with other Health Professionals and key stakeholders regarding client's care.Complete case notes, reports and other correspondence in line with required standards, relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines.Attend monthly team meetings, and team led in-services.Engage in weekly internal supervision with the Team LeaderBenefits to you:Flexibility- Starting from 30.4hours/week (minimum 4days) to full time, you can select thedays that work best for you as an individualExcellent remuneration- Industry leading salary + kilometer reimbursement+ laptop + smartphone + Performance with Purpose Reward and Recognition Program + salary packaging optionsWork-life balance- Combine theconvenience of working from homewith the social interaction of working in the community andsupport of the officeCareer progression- Access to ongoing training tailored to your interests and long-term goals combined with professional development opportunities withAbility Action Australia and our parent companyMedHealthPassionate and uplifting culture- You will be part of a purpose and values driven team focused on deliveringoutstanding service toNDIS participants.
Qualifications Current registration with AHPRACompleted master's in psychologyA high standard for of professional ethicsWorking with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceDrivers Licence (minimum Provisional) and access to own carOur fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
